Whether you purchase our products using a credit card or your Paypal account, we use Paypal as our main payment system due to its security, protection and simplicity. Your details are subject to the strictest security at all times and we are proud to put our name to the systems we have in place.

How do I use my code?

You can only enter one discount code per order. Once you have selected your amazing new items and you are ready to purchase, simply pop in your desired code at the checkout. Simple.

Shipping

How long will my order be?

Once we receive payment we will arrange shipment of your order within 48 hours. When your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number. Just type it into your courier’s site and you keep an eye on your bountiful cargo.

I live in Hong Kong. Is shipping really free?

Yes! It is free for Hong Kong addresses and there is no minimum quantity per order. We want to make it easy for you to enjoy our products 😊

Do you ship outside of Asia?

Of course! We would love to send you our products. However, we only offer free shipping within Hong Kong and the wider Asian region.

My order arrived damaged. What’s next?

We pack our products with care but, unfortunately, we cannot always prevent accidents. If you have received your package and are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 7 days at: [email protected] and send us a picture of your damaged item.

We will take care of everything from there 🙂
